Our history

After a lauded 15 year public sector career as a mathematics and biology educator in the academically gifted and French Immersion programs, BoutiquePharma's founder Rabin Ramanjooloo chose to embrace a new paradigm; business.

In the next 20 years he worked his way from territory representative to COO of a national pharmaceutical company. On this path, based in Canada and seconded to the US, his work took him around the world offering him the following roles: Change Manager for Canada, Business Manager - North-East US, Regional Sales Director - Western Canada, Director of Ops and Mktg, Business & Marketing Head of the English speaking nations in Africa, a-CFO for global training and ultimately COO.

Rabin is fluent in 3 languages, holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Purdue), in Change Management, Coaching and Counselling and Managerial training. He was the architect and Co-Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Alcon.

During his tenure in industry, he has given organizational talks in Canada, the USA, Malaysia, France and Switzerland.
